I'm Mat Savulescu! And this is Nova!I am a passionate entrepreneur and dedicated nonprofit leader.I have spent the last decade working to create positive change through social impact initiatives.My work extends from community workforce development programs, aimed at giving individuals and employers the tools they need to form successful labour market relationships; to international entrepreneurship initiatives designed to impact economic, social, and climate growth and sustainability.Building on my personal experience as a newcomer, I advocate for amplifying our work to make space for diversity, equity, and belonging.A life long learner, constantly seeking out new knowledge and skills to broaden my understanding of the world. With curiosity and a commitment to personal growth, I approach each day as an opportunity to discover and learn something new.A passionate runner, I had the opportunity to complete 10 marathons to date in New York City, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
